Simply put, call forwarding will help you to configure your RingCentral hosted phone system to reliably deliver the call routing functionality that your business requires.

It's quick and easy to create, maintain and personalize your options for call forwarding and the routing is both seamless and transparent to the caller. The caller simply hears your phone ring and then someone answers. With call forwarding, the recipient is transparent to the caller-they could be answering the phone from the boardroom or the beach.

Included with RingCentral service are advanced call forwarding features including FindMe, a multi-number location service and FollowMe, a single-number call forwarding service. FindMe call forwarding sends calls to several pre-set phone numbers simultaneously or in a pre-ordered sequence. Jack in sales isn't answering? Then send the call over to Jill in accounting. Or send the call to both at once. FollowMe call forwarding is a special priority routing to a single number (overriding the FindMe call divert setup). This can be extremely useful if you need to temporarily divert all calls to a nearby landline number when your mobile phone has no service.
